1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.
Rm888 users are strictly prohibited from doing the following:
- Using software, bots, scripts or any other automated means to access or use the platform
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including using another person's credit card or bank account without authorisation
- Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to use your account
- Abusing or manipulating bonuses, promotions or reward programmes offered by rm888
- Harassing, threatening or behaving offensively towards other users or rm888 staff
3. Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the rm888 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Please read the following payment terms carefully:
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method. Deposited funds will be credited to your account once the transaction is confirmed. rm888 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment method used for the deposit. rm888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

- Account inactive beyond the stipulated period
- Request by law enforcement agencies
In cases of account closure that do not involve a breach, any valid account balance will be returned to the user in accordance with the established procedures.
